House Rules
- Smoking allowed only in the gravel driveway please. Extra fees will be applied if butts are not disposed of properly.
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings without prior approval from the host.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security Deposits are auto-captured (authorization/hold only) 1 day prior to checking in. If it fails due to insufficient funds, your deposit will need to be charged fully instead of the normal hold because of the payment processing software. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days of checking out. The deposit must be received before checking in to the property. No access to the home will be permitted if there is not a deposit on file. There will be no refunds due to this insufficient funds process. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are looking for other payment processors. Thank you for your understanding. The security deposit for this property is $500.
- If hot tub rules are not followed there will be a $300 fee plus the cost of any damage. It takes several hours for the hot tub to fill up and even more time for it to reach the proper temperature again. Please read the hot tub instructions carefully to help us in maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
